Motor and battery

The most interesting part is of course the riding system – iZIP is powered by 450-watt motor and SLA-type 36-volt rechargeable battery but also can be moved manually by pedaling. Motor and battery are integrated into the frame so everything looks nice and clean. There is a twist-and-go throttle on the handlebars which is very easy to use.

The battery offers a 30-35 miles ride per charge which is completely sufficient and a speed of 12-15 mph (depending on rider`s weight), little slower in the hills.

Comfortable Ride

Thanks to the large 24" wheels, wide saddle and the motor of course iZIP tricycle offers very comfortable ride. Ideal for riding around town or neighborhood on even for a short trip.

The large rear basket comes in handy when going into grocery store or for carrying various stuff – tools, children toys and so on.

The iZIP Electric bike is a great choice for seniors or anyone who wants a little help when riding.

The only drawback of this tricycle seems to be the assemblage – it takes quite a lot of time, requires additional tools and some customers even report that some of the parts were poorly manufactured (for example misaligned screw hole for basket or rear fenders that didn`t line up perfectly). Nevertheless it`s the only disadvantage on this great vehicle.
